"So Myself, my wife (Susan), Troy and his wife (Jess) all just completed Heather's "5 day family reset" last week. I wanted to share our results with our members. .
Everyone lost weight...Troy lost 9 lbs! I lost 6lbs. Susan lost 5lbs. (Jess doesn't check her weight but thinks she dropped a few). We all had to cut out Dairy, Gluten, Coffee and Alcohol for 5 days.
