I am loving the cable crossover machine! Im learning so many new moves on it. Especially for back day. I do this crossover move where I get to really squeeze my back and shoulder blades together. The motion really feels like it gets every spot. I wish I had someone there to take pics of these moves. Then for some core, I bring both arms down to the ground, put my feet in the handles, get in the plank position and start doing some weighted mountain climbers. This is a killer good workout for the abs. In the pics below we were just working on Chest Day!
