Day 7: Rest Day

Rest day is super important to helping your muscles repair and grow.  Don’t ever feel you’re above taking a rest day. Your body needs this day. But don’t sit back and eat like crap. Keep eating clean and getting plenty of protein.  There are no cheat days when it comes to food. Once a week I might have a treat, or eat a cheat meal, but I never go an entire day of eating junk. Take care of your body and your body will take care of you. You will see results if you are consistent.
